Art Initiative

The Phoenix Development Council, in collaboration with Partner Tulsa, will lead a community art impact initiative at the intersection of Osage Prairie Trail and E.36th St. North. The Phoenix District will begin with a community engagement process involving neighborhood residents, local stakeholders, and artists to identify and decide what art will be created and installed. Following this, a steering committee will select and commission local artists to actualize the community’s vision.
