Enhance visual appearance and placemaking
As the city and neighborhood grows, investing in beautification and identity can help to highlight what makes the 36th ST N area unique and special. As a historical neighborhood, there are many opportunities to restore old signage, install new eye- catching art and decorations, and honor legacy through branding and modern amenities. Keeping a clean and inviting neighborhood space also helps to welcome new neighbors and ensure current residents feel safe and proud of their neighborhood
